NIJ buildcon LLP began as general works contractor in 2016. Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how, and experience in build solution, project management service, and building-related contract work.
Today, NIJ buildcon LLP takes one on the role of the main contractor for Govt. buildings, Asphalt & CC Roads, specialist trades for industrial, commercial projects, residential and institutional projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as a value-add service to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that the client’s objectives are a top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

Our Organization Structure
The business is driven by our 2 working partners, collectivity they accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the building & road industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.
The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in the business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points company policy to all staff at regular meetings.
